Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in Seattle is seeking an Airlines Account Manager to oversee a business unit, ensuring assets, staff, and facilities meet the highest standards. You will build strong relationships with airport authorities and ensure adherence to contracts, service levels, and security requirements.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets and labor allocation, and ensure compliance with TSA regulations and site security plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in aviation.
• Strong understanding of TSA regulations and airport security.
• Experience managing budgets, scheduling, and labor cost allocation.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train staff.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with airport authorities.
• Ensure the account operates per contract terms and SLAs.
• Supervise staff and develop leadership succession plans.
• Oversee ground support equipment maintenance and long‑term needs analysis.
• Manage attendance, staffing coverage, and labor budgets.
• Maintain compliance with TSA regulations and security programs.
• Conduct audits for operational continuity and regulatory adherence.
• Implement site-specific security plans and IDs for staff.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
