Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an expert to lead Aveva PI System installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance across the PI Suite in a Houston-area role. You will manage PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Vision, and PI Interfaces while planning upgrades to current releases and ensuring secure operations.

Collaboration with internal teams and clients is essential. The role requires deep PI System knowledge, OPC interfaces, PI Web API administration, and experience in database integration with SQL Server

Qualifications

• Expert in Aveva PI System installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Proficient in managing PI System components: PI Data Archive, PI AF, PI Vision, PI Interfaces.
• Experience upgrading/migrating PI System versions to latest releases; strong in security configurations.
• Exposure to PI Web API administration, PI Datalink, ProcessBook, and Vision page development.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, configuration, and administration of Aveva PI System components.
• Plan and execute migrations and upgrades for the PI System suite.
• Configure and maintain OPC servers, PI Web API services, and PI OLEDB Enterprise APIs.
• Develop and support PI Vision pages and PI ProcessBook displays.
• Provide consulting for health checks, refinery model upkeep, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable operations.

Expert in Aveva PI System installation configuration and maintenance Proficient in managing PI System components including PI Data Archive PI Asset Framework AF PI Vision and PI Interfaces Skilled in upgrading and migrating PI System versions to latest releases Experience in configuring PI OPC Interfaces with failover and PI buffer subsystem design Familiar with PI Web API administration and PI Datalink ProcessBook and Vision page development support Ability to customize applications using PI SDK and PI AF SDK Strong understanding of relational databases with experience in MS SQL Server and Oracle Knowledge of PI security AF security and Vision security configurations Exposure to integration of PI System with thirdparty systems and databases Understanding of web application development principles and web services Capable of writing advanced queries and optimizing database performance Experience in creating and updating SOPs and technical configuration documents Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
