Job summary

ORBIS Inc. seeks a skilled Voice/Data Communications Engineer to support DoD operations, focusing on secure voice/data networks and Avaya systems. A Secret clearance and Security+ are required.

You will design, implement, and maintain communications infrastructure, ensure DoD cybersecurity compliance, and coordinate with security teams. Strong documentation and vendor liaison skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have U.S. citizenship.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• 10+ years of directly related experience supporting Avaya Communications Manager/Aurora or a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support voice and data telecommunications networks across classified/unclassified environments.
• Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Avaya Communication Manager/Aurora systems.
• Provide Tier II/III support for voice systems and collaborate with network and cybersecurity teams.
