Job summary

MANTECH seeks a motivated Availability Manager to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The shift for this role is Monday - Friday: 2 pm - 10 pm ET (MD).

The position involves serving from MD work centers, managing outages, major incidents, and data-driven improvements across regions to ensure top-tier customer support services. Requires TS/SCI with Poly and 2+ years in a technical role.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support or IT operations role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as integral member of team operating from work centers in MD.
• Support the delivery of services within SLAs and KPIs by managing outages and major incidents, plus post-incident analysis.
• Use metrics to identify trends, perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures with IT teams.
• Complete tailored training to provide 24/7 support for a worldwide IT operations contract and provide PMO feedback as requested.
