Job summary

EverWatch in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a System Administrator/Helpdesk Technician to support mission-critical IT infrastructure for the Intelligence Community. You will deploy and maintain cybersecurity solutions, monitor performance, and resolve issues to keep systems available.

You will work closely with teams, translate metrics into actionable information, and help develop new methods while serving in a TS/SCI cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Experience providing support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Experience configuring UNIX and Windows operating systems and related software.
• Experience managing IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support and escalation.
• Ability to work shift work.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 10+ years of experience, or 15+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

• Ensure the current infrastructure is functional and available; monitor performance and resolve issues.
