Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 14+ years of Software Engineer experience.
• Hands-on Java development, testing and maintenance experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to derive design, code and performance specs.
• Debug, fix defects, and improve software documentation and standards.
• Design and code new features or modify existing software.
• Integrate software into new systems or environments.
• Serve as team lead or technical point of contact as needed.
• Design or implement complex database interfaces/queries.
• Assist with test procedures for software components.
• Develop software by analyzing performance and data usage.
• Develop algorithms to meet performance and functional goals.
• Support software development activities and ensure process constraints.
• Coordinate installation and monitor software operation in production.
