Qualifications

• High school diploma with two-year degree in electronics or data communications, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on desktop and AV support across classrooms, labs, simulation centers, conference rooms, and immersive environments.
• Deploy, configure, maintain XR/VR hardware and software and ensure multi-user operation.
• Supervise student employees and deliver user training and onboarding for faculty on new technologies.
• Collaborate with IT teams, instructional designers, and vendors to resolve issues and evaluate new technologies.
• Maintain inventory, configuration logs, and licensing for AV, simulation, and XR equipment across campuses.
• Assist PMO on IT/AV projects from design to installation and documentation.
