You will install, configure, repair, and upgrade equipment and provide end-user training.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in computer and peripheral equipment repair with knowledge of TCP/IP networking and AV systems.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electronic schematics and develop signal flow diagrams.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on desktop and AV support across classrooms, labs, simulation centers, and conference spaces.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot XR/VR hardware and related software and peripherals.
• Supervise student employees and develop user training materials for faculty on new technologies.
• Collaborate with IT teams, instructors, and vendors to resolve issues and evaluate new technologies.
• Maintain inventory, configuration logs, and licensing for AV and XR equipment across campuses.
