Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Washington DC is looking for an experienced Audio Visual Service Technician. This role involves troubleshooting AV systems in commercial environments across the DMV. Responsibilities include traveling to jobsites, conducting preventative maintenance, and providing white glove service to clients. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of AV service experience and proficiency in troubleshooting equipment from major AV brands. This position offers regular work hours with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AV Service experience in commercial environments.
• Proficient with troubleshooting equipment from leading AV manufacturers.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for audio and visual equipment.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned jobsites to troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues.
• Provide detailed status reports after each service visit.
• Conduct preventative maintenance for clients' AV systems.

Skills

Electrical systems knowledge

Field service experience

Proficiency in using hand tools for equipment installation

Ability to maintain and repair audio and visual equipment

Software troubleshooting skills for audio and visual systems
