Job summary

Premiere Systems in Naples seeks an energetic AV/IT installer to deliver high-end residential technology solutions. You will install and configure lighting, shading, networks, and AV gear in luxury homes, ensuring top-quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Formal electronics education is a plus.
• Passion for electronic systems and technology.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Prior AV or IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation tasks for residential systems including wiring, speakers, TVs, networks, surveillance, access control, lighting, and shades.
• Configure and commission Savant, Crestron Home, and Lutron Homeworks systems.
• Read and interpret schematics and spreadsheets.
• Use hand and power tools to install and terminate hardware.
• Coordinate with project lead/manager and travel to job sites as required.
• Produce professional work to company installation standards.

Pay ranges from $18 - $45/hour based on experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform installation tasks for residential systems including low voltage wiring, speakers, TVs, networks, surveillance, access control, lighting, and shades Configure and commission networks, Savant and Crestron Home control systems, and Lutron Homeworks lighting systems
• Read and interpret schematics and spreadsheets
• Use hand and power tools to drill holes, crimp connectors, along with various other AV system-related tasks
• Communicate well with the project lead or project manager
• Travel to various job sites as required
• Produce professional work to company installation standards

Skills And Abilities

• Effectively communicate with colleaguesand other trades on job sites
• Ability to use hand and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Ability to work and think independently to meet project deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge

Education/Experience

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal education in electronics or related field is a plus
• Passion and interest in electronic systems or technology
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean motor vehicle record
• Prior AV or IT experience preferred
