Job summary

CITE Solutions is seeking an AV Installation Technician to join our field team in Naples, FL. You will install and troubleshoot low-voltage cabling, mount devices, and help design system layouts for commercial environments.

The role requires hands-on construction-site experience, the ability to work 40 hours per week, and in-person collaboration at the Naples location. Competitive pay, 401k, QSEHRA, holidays, and PTO are offered.

• Experience on construction sites.
• Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & handheld tools.
• A steady work history (3yrs between hops), pleasant disposition, high EQ.

Responsibilities

• Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron, Crestron).
• Mount devices at the ends of those wires.
• Build and lace equipment racks.
• Advanced setup and configuration of devices.
• Advanced understanding of networks.
• Advanced troubleshooting of devices.
• Programming (Lutron/C4/Savant/Crestron).

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 / hour

Description

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

• In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

Your Schedule:

• Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
• Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm
