Job summary

Diversified seeks a General Contractor Partner Manager to develop and expand AV, media, and technology solutions through strong relationships with general contractors and project stakeholders. You will oversee contract alignment and drive project opportunities on complex, commercial installations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in AV/construction partnerships, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote US environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AV integration, construction PM, channel partnerships, or contractor relationship mgmt.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and lifecycles.
• Experience with corporate AV systems, unified communications, digital signage, broadcast/media systems, and structured cabling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with general contractors and developers.
• Conduct regular business reviews with contractor partners and manage projects.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and grow pipeline.
• Negotiate Master Service Agreements with legal, ensuring contract compliance.
• Collaborate with sales to pursue upcoming projects and opportunities.
