Job summary

Intrepid Solutions and Services LLC seeks an Audio Visual Integration/Maintenance Technician to join the O&M Team at Joint Base Anacostia/Bolling. The role covers AV system support, maintenance, and upgrades, with limited travel within the DMV area.

The specialist will handle troubleshooting of AV/Teleconferencing systems, coordinate maintenance, and support field personnel while meeting TS/SCI polygraph requirements to start onsite.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Communications Electronics, Networking, or equivalent electronics program.
• Two years of related technology experience may substitute for the degree.
• AV-related certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform AV system and video teleconference troubleshooting and repair.
• Manage performance optimization and maintain high levels of availability.
• Provide customer support for AV-related needs.
• Determine locations of subject, materials, work procedures, and machine setups.
• Troubleshoot/maintain/repair Telecommunications, Audio Video, or Video Teleconferencing systems.
• Install studio upgrades and AV cabling; update drawings and test procedures.
