Job summary

System One, through its TeamPeople division, seeks an AV Support Technician to empower conference room operations and videoconferencing services. You will configure room systems, support the service desk, and ensure smooth AV performance during meetings.

The role requires hands-on experience with microphones, AV hardware, and video systems, plus strong customer service. CTS certification is preferred and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up conference room systems including microphones and displays.

• Set up PowerPoint presentations with projectors.
• Troubleshoot audiovisual equipment and report anomalies.
• Perform basic audio/video playback and recording tasks.
• Work in multicultural environment and pass background checks.
