Job summary

Conference Technologies seeks an AV Integration Technician to install and service audio, video, control, and conferencing systems across client sites. You will work from drawings, assemble racks, run cables, and ensure systems function as designed.

The role requires 2+ years in AV installation, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Training and growth opportunities are provided within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred but not required; relevant experience welcomed.
• Minimum 2+ years of audio-visual installation experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage client expectations.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds, valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Install audio, video, control systems, and video conferencing equipment.
• Rack fabrication and cable management.
• Read drawings/blueprints and wire applications.
• Perform system servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide on-site solutions.
• Handle miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor.
