Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Degree in Audiovisual Technology, Electrical Engineering, IT, CS, Telecommunications or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Purchase, configure, and install AV equipment and systems per campus needs.
• Test, troubleshoot, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Assist with planning budgets and installations within budgets.
• Provide fast service to faculty, students, and staff using Service Desk ticketing system.
