Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our Madison, WI campus. You will support over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium, ensuring reliable performance for live and virtual events.

You will collaborate with AV experts to lay out new systems and provide hands-on support to ensure ongoing success, with relocation assistance provided as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
  • Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
  • Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
  • COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

  • Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for the campus.
  • Collaborate with AV experts to create ideal settings for events large and small, live and virtual.
  • Provide hands-on support to ensure ongoing success of systems, including new installs.
  • Oversee AV infrastructure across 200+ conference rooms, 70 training rooms and an 11,000-seat auditorium.
