Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field.
• Three (3) years of related experience in computing and audio/video communications, presentation technologies, and system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and repair of complex AV equipment and control systems.
• Maintain system security baselines and monitor devices; configure and monitor Group Policy as needed.
• Coordinate setups for university events, assist with installation, configuration and usability of system hardware and software.
