Job summary

Staff Perm is seeking an Audio Visual Analyst to ensure high-quality AV in corporate spaces, with responsibilities spanning design, installation, maintenance, and support for meetings, events, and digital signage.

The role requires collaboration with IT, Facilities, and vendors, rigorous documentation, and adherence to safety standards. The position is based in Richardson, TX, with a contract arrangement and a 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in AV system installation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Teams Rooms and AV integration.
• Familiarity with digital signage and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AV systems based on business requirements.
• Install and configure audio-visual equipment including microphones, speakers, video displays and digital signage players.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure AV systems are functioning properly.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to deliver integrated AV solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users of AV systems.
• Update and maintain detailed documentation for AV systems and installations.
• Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
• Conduct system testing and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement
• Manage inventory and order new AV equipment as needed.
• Assist in the setup and management of live events and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in AV system installations.
