Equiliem is seeking an Audio Visual Analyst in Richardson, TX to ensure reliable, high-quality AV technology across meeting spaces, collaboration areas, digital signage, and live events. You will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot AV systems, supporting communication and business continuity for employees, leaders, and visitors.

This temporary role requires 2+ years of AV install/maintenance experience, familiarity with Teams Rooms, Crestron or MAXHUB, digital signage, and related IT

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV integration.
• Knowledge of AV control systems and digital signage.
• Experience with corporate AV installations and maintenance.
• Comfort with troubleshooting and user support.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AV systems based on business requirements.
• Install and configure audio-visual equipment including microphones, speakers, video displays, and digital signage players.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure AV systems function properly.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to deliver integrated AV solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users of AV systems.
• Update and maintain detailed documentation for AV systems and installations.
• Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
• Conduct system testing and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage inventory and order new AV equipment as needed.
• Assist in setup and management of live events and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in AV system installations.

Job summary

The Audio Visual Analyst is responsible for ensuring reliable, high-quality audio visual technology across corporate meeting spaces, collaboration areas, digital signage, and live events. This role installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots AV systems to support effective communication and business continuity for employees, leaders, and visitors. The position collaborates with IT, Facilities, business teams, and external vendors to deliver AV solutions, support meetings and executive events, maintain system documentation, and improve service and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AV systems based on business requirements
• Install and configure audio-visual equipment including microphones, speakers, video displays, and digital signage players
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure AV systems function properly
• Collaborate with team members and departments to deliver integrated AV solutions

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV integration
• Knowledge of AV control systems such as Crestron and MAXHUB
• Knowledge of digital signage systems such as OptiSigns and MOOD Media
• Knowledge of network and IT infrastructure as it relates to AV systems
• Previous experience in a similar role within the corporate sector
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school education is a plus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in audio-visual system installation and maintenance
• Proficient in the use of AV equipment and tools
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when necessary

Location

This position is based in the Dallas office. Some on-site support and occasional after-hours troubleshooting may be required to ensure uninterrupted meeting room functionality.
