Innova Solutions is hiring an AV Support Technician in San Antonio, TX for a 3-month contract. You will support AV needs for meetings and events, provide on-site and remote Tier 2/3 support, and maintain printers and other devices. A HS diploma is required, with basic networking knowledge and MS Office skills.

The role emphasizes documentation, task prioritization, and ongoing skill development. Valid Texas driver's license and reliability are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Entry level experience with setting up and maintaining AV equipment.
• Familiar with tiered support structures.
• Experience with printers, scanners and plotters setup/maintenance.
• Basic PC networking knowledge and Windows Active Directory familiarity.
• MS Office Suite experience.

Responsibilities

• Support client audio/visual needs for board meetings and events.
• Provide on-site and remote Tier 2/3 AV support.
• Perform routine maintenance on printers, scanners, plotters.
• Set up, configure and breakdown AV equipment (projectors, mixers, microphones, speakers).
• Review or create end-user documentation for installation and troubleshooting.
