Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an experienced AV Support Technician to join its Audio Visual team in Philadelphia. This role focuses on hands-on live event support, troubleshooting, and project-based work within a healthcare environment.

You will handle AV hardware, room setups, and vendor coordination to ensure high-visibility meetings run smoothly. Onsite collaboration with stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Audio Visual (AV) support experience.
• Experience supporting live meetings/events in corporate, healthcare, or enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across AV hardware and systems.
• Familiarity with displays, microphones, control systems, and conferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove AV event and meeting support for executive sessions and clinical events.
• Assist with meeting kickoffs, monitoring sessions, and troubleshooting live issues.
• Support large-scale meetings and auditorium events ensuring seamless execution.
• Manage AV needs including microphones, conferencing systems, and room setup.
• Troubleshoot AV components across conference rooms and event spaces.
