Job summary

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel, in Snoqualmie, WA, seeks an Audio Visual (AV) Support Technician to provide hands-on support for AV systems across the property. You will set up, operate, and maintain equipment for the hotel, casino floor, meeting rooms, and event center to deliver guest and team experiences.

Collaborate with IT, Events, Facilities, and vendors to plan events, resolve issues quickly, and maintain high uptime. Requires an associates degree and 2 years AV support experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Two years IT or AV support experience including conferencing, PA, IPTV, projection.
• Knowledge of live event AV and signal flow.

Responsibilities

• Set up, support, and strike AV systems for meetings, shows, and events.
• Monitor installed AV systems in conference rooms and event spaces.
• Diagnose and resolve AV issues quickly, escalate when needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on AV gear and keep assets logged.
• Assist with DSP/control configuration and safe integration with house systems.
• Coordinate with IT, Events, Facilities, Security and vendors for requirements.
