Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA is seeking an experienced AV technician to operate and maintain casino AV systems, lighting, and stage equipment for events and performances. You will coordinate with the Senior Sound & Light Coordinator and supervise stagehands and third-party staff.

Requirements include two years in casino/theatre AV maintenance, forklift/scissor lift certification (within 90 days), and familiarity with professional audio/lighting tools and networking.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience maintaining and operating electronic and digital sound, stage and lighting systems in large venues.
• Forklift and scissor lift certification required or obtainable within 90 days.
• Experience with BSS London Architect/Audio Architect, AMX & Crestron programming helpful.
• Dante Level 2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust casino AV systems, lighting and VR/gaming sound setups.
• Supervise stagehands and third-party support during events.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical stage systems.
• Install and integrate AV systems with house infrastructure as directed by senior coordinator.
• Ensure safety standards and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
