Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA is seeking an experienced AV/Stage technician to operate and maintain casino AV systems, lighting, and sound equipment. You will work under the Senior Sound & Light Coordinator to set up for events, manage on-site crew, and ensure safe, high-quality performances.

The role requires two years of relevant experience, forklift/scissor lift certification, and familiarity with enterprise AV software.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience maintaining and operating casino AV systems and stage equipment.
• Forklift and scissor lift certification required or obtainable within 90 days.
• Experience with BSS London Architect and Audio Architect preferred.
• Experience with fiber optic, Cat5/Cat5e/Cat6 networking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and adjust casino AV systems, lighting, and stage equipment.
• Coordinate with the Senior Sound & Light Coordinator during events.
• Evaluate stage lighting and sound setups; supervise on-site crew.
• Install and integrate entertainment backline and house system components as directed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and on-call repairs on AV systems.
