• Provides intermediate to advanced technical support to ensure AV systems and environments function effectively and meet user needs.
• Ensures ongoing reliability and performance of AV systems through routine monitoring, preventive maintenance, and system updates.
• Diagnoses and resolves complex AV-related issues independently, following established processes and escalating when appropriate.
• Provides operational and technical support for meetings and events, ensuring seamless setup, execution, and issue resolution in real time.
• Maintains accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and system changes while adhering to service workflows and escalation protocols.

Overview:Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.Job Description Summary:Responsible for ensuring reliable, high-quality audiovisual (AV) experiences by supporting, maintaining, and optimizing AV systems and services across environments.
