Job summary

Story Land in New Hampshire is seeking an Audio-Visual Technician to ensure AV equipment and systems are set up, tested, and running during operations and events.

You will install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AV gear, coordinate with the Events Team, and keep storage and electrical rooms organized. This role requires a High School diploma and 1–2 years of AV experience, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years AV/sound experience preferred.
• Excellent computer proficiency and mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of installation, configuration, and maintenance of AV systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical support and setup of AV equipment for all areas of operation.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot AV equipment.
• Keep AV storage areas and related electrical rooms clean and orderly.
• Notify AV Manager of any issues with electrical lines, panels, or equipment.
• Work with Events Team to ensure proper AV setup for meetings and events.
