Spye is seeking a full-time Sales representative for our Minneapolis Office. The ideal candidate will be friendly, creative, and tech-savvy, responsible for building relationships and generating revenue through proposals and sales of AV Integration, Content, Design, and Digital Signage services, plus ongoing support.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of outside B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of progressive outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in AV hardware, software, or IT professional services sales preferred.
• Construction, contracting, commercial real estate, or related industry experience a plus.

• Achieve yearly sales targets through the sales of our core services.
• Represent Spye principles and values with clients and the design community.
• Be a professional.
• Be passionate about the services and support Spye offers and create value for our customers and clients through smart design.
• Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
• Coordinate with internal sales and operational groups to ensure customer engagements are deployed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and develop proficiency with new technologies and products.
• Engage and consult with customers at the executive level.
• Strategically work with and leverage existing business partners in new opportunities.
• Light travel may be required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
