Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to translate client needs into practical AV/system concepts
• Develop and review Bills of Materials (BOMs) and preliminary system sketches
• Review architectural drawings and project documents for feasibility and constructability
• Assist with proposals and technical scope development
• Support design revisions as projects evolve and ensure alignment with sold scope
• Provide ongoing technical support during installation and commissioning
• Answer technical questions from PMs, field teams, and clients
• Share technical knowledge across Design, PM, Sales and Field teams
