Job summary
Dimensional Innovations in Overland Park, KS seeks an AV Solutions Engineer. You will assess client needs and propose initial technology solutions using software, hardware, or infrastructure, bridging the Technology team with Creative Studio and Sales & Estimating to align on design concepts and implementation plans.

Qualifications
- Degree in IT/CS/SE or related field preferred.
- CTS or AV certifications a plus, industry credentials welcomed.
- Expert level with Excel and Google Sheets required.
Responsibilities
- Works with Estimating, Sales, Creative and Technology to create estimate workbooks for jobs involving software, hardware, and services.
- Identify opportunities for process and pricing improvements on projects and department level.
- Assist with brainstorming sessions to develop client solutions.
- Determine feasibility of interactive technology concepts and architect system designs.
- Hand off approved scope with supporting documentation for final engineering.
- Document solutions with high level drawings, estimates, and context for engineering.
