• Minimum of two years in a customer service facing role.
• Hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Leader by generating SOWs, quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Move leads through the sales funnel using the company process.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales activity.
• Collaborate with hotel venue teams and Pinnacle Live leadership.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences throughout the sales process and post-event follow-up.
