Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking a Sales Coordinator for Town and Country Resort San Diego to support the Venue Director and Sales Director in driving the venue's sales efforts. The role will move leads through the sales funnel, generate scopes of work, quotes, proposals, and contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver premium AV solutions.

You will build strong hotel relationships, enter client data into the CRM, and assist with visuals, layouts, and product suggestions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a customer service facing role; hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and ability to generate insights into sales activity.
• Production and Staging experience are preferred.
• Scenic and Décor experience is preferred.
• Rigging, Electrical, and Exhibit experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Leader with providing sales subject matter expertise and ambassador for the designated hotel sales team.
• Generate and revise scope of work, quotes, proposals and contracts based on venue leads.
• Utilize the company’s sales process including prequalification, quote generation, and contract follow-up.
• Enter client information into CRM and develop a sales strategy with funnel activity reporting.
• Represent Pinnacle Live at planning and debrief meetings and ensure high-quality guest experiences.
