Rentex seeks a dedicated Audio Visual Quality Control Technician to join our Orlando warehouse. This full-time role focuses on QC procedures for returned AV equipment, ensuring devices meet standards and documenting issues for repair.

You'll help organize and store tested gear, manage workflow, and assist other departments as needed while maintaining safety and compliance in a busy warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with professional AV equipment and computer equipment is required.
• Basic understanding of inventory software for workload forecasting.
• Must have strong technical skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Quality Control (QC) procedures on returning equipment.
• Ensure all cases and equipment are presentable and in ideal working condition.
• Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.
• Organize and store all tested equipment.
• Correctly process missing or damaged equipment.
• Be able to handle hard deadlines and plan workflow depending on client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer support for clients.
• Follow direction of the department leader and managers.
• Assist other departments when necessary.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
