Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform QC procedures on returning equipment.
• Ensure cases and equipment are presentable and in working condition.
• Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.
• Organize and store all tested equipment.
• Handle missing or damaged equipment and meet deadlines.
• Provide customer support for clients.
• Follow department leaders and managers guidance.
• Assist other departments when needed.
• Maintain safe, organized, and clean work environment.
