Job summary

Electra Link, Inc. is seeking a diligent Purchasing & Fleet Coordinator in the Houston/Spring, TX area. The role focuses on AV purchasing, fleet administration, and related administrative duties to support project execution and vendor management.

You will coordinate material purchases, manage supplier quotes, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accurate records and supporting cost control initiatives. This full-time position offers growth within a dynamic AV/tech infrastructure team.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail across purchasing, fleet, inventory, and vendor records.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams and vendors.
• Ability to work independently while escalating issues when needed.
• Proficient time management for handling procurement cycles and fleet tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing of AV materials, equipment, and supplies for projects across the company.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and verify against requests and approvals.
• Obtain vendor quotes, compare pricing, lead times, and terms for procurement decisions.
• Maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance and costs.
• Manage fleet records, registrations, insurance, and maintenance documentation.
• Support inventory documentation, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and assist with payments and cost reporting.
