Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems seeks a Buyer to manage procurement for projects and internal support. You will issue subcontracts and purchase orders, review invoices, and coordinate with vendors to ensure pricing and delivery.

You will work closely with ACCO personnel and maintenance of vendor lists while supporting shipping and receiving teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, Excel/Word proficiency, and good communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preference for college coursework in business, economics or management.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word and data entry accuracy.
• Familiarity with purchasing systems (JDE/IFS/GP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Issuing subcontracts, equipment POs and material POs in approved programs.
• Reviewing invoices and verifying prices against POs and documentation.
• Processing POs and change orders within required systems.
• Negotiating with vendors for competitive pricing and availability.
• Maintaining vendor lists and coordinating with shipping/receiving.
