SAV is seeking a Service Project Manager in Bozeman, MT to manage smaller commercial or residential installation projects from sales through completion. You will optimize profitability, promote customer satisfaction, and uphold SAV’s reputation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in AV or Security, strong communication, and organizational skills. The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, general contractors, designers, and engineers.

Formación

• Must have 3–5 years in AV or Security industries.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, construction plan sets, and architectural drawings beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain proactive communication between SAV and all involved parties.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of project documents to communicate design and programming requirements.
• Manage client and contractor expectations across projects.
• Forecast and communicate project schedules and timelines.
• Maintain detailed task lists and milestones in project management software.
• Coordinate site walks and inspections to ensure quality control.
• Lead internal/external project review and status update meetings.
• Order equipment and materials to keep projects on task.
