Job summary

MidPoint Technology Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee audio visual system installations, budgets, scheduling, procurement, and QC/QA across projects of varying size and complexity. You will coordinate vendors, internal teams, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and strong profitability.

You should bring 4+ years in low voltage/AV project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 4+ years of managing low voltage construction projects, ideally AV.
• PMP preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle moderate-to-high complexity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain active communication with vendors and customers to balance time vs. profits.
• Allocate and maximize resources through project planning to meet objectives.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of industry practices across markets.
• Prepare and submit Change Orders for price and installation plans.
• Support invoicing and collections by ensuring contracts are met and billing is timely.
• Manage project budget and P&L responsibility.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering, installation and subcontracting activities.
• Supervise installation labor and subcontractors.
• Prioritize workload to deliver quality on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop contingency plans.
