Job summary

Captivate, LLC in Naples, FL, is seeking an AV Project Manager to lead client deployments, coordinate field and office work, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget. This is a full-time, in-person role at 1040 Collier Center Way, Naples, FL 34110.

You will manage all phases from kickoff to closeout, communicate with clients and internal teams, and uphold quality and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager (AV/LV is a plus!).
• Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final).
• A steady work history (3yrs between hops).
• High EQ and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for client, in-house staff, and other trades.
• Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed.
• Plan schedules and align resources.
• Monitor project profitability and stay within budgeted hours.
• Issue work orders and coordinate with third parties.
• Ensure work meets SOW, plans, and company standards.
• Read and interpret plans and blueprints; distribute to team.
• Create and manage change orders; obtain approvals and payments.

Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 / year

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual, hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love splitting your time between the field and the office. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager (AV/LV is a plus!) Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

• In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)

Your Schedule:

• Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
• Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm

• Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
• Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
• Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
• Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations

• Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
• Client Experience: Lead meetings and manage expectations for a polished client experience
• Status updates in Project Management Software
• Experience with C4, Savant, and/or Lutron (a plus!)
