Job summary

GHT Group is seeking an AV Project Manager to lead on-site construction and integration projects in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. You will coordinate with clients, GC, architects, and in‑house staff to plan, troubleshoot, and deliver projects within scope and budget.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of AV/LV or residential electrical site experience, with knowledge of the three implementation phases. PMP is a plus; you will work a full-time schedule, reporting to the Operations Director.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV or Residential Electrical
• PMP certification is a plus
• Knowledge of the built environment and all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final)

Responsibilities

• Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed on projects
• Plan timelines and schedule resources
• Coordinate with client, in-house staff, GC, architect and other trades
• Ensure work meets SOW, plans and company standards
• Read, interpret and markup plan sets/blueprints
• Submit change orders and track payments
• Maintain on-site safety and situational awareness

Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 / year

Description

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV or Residential Electrical (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough/Trim/Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Schedule:

• Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
• Mon-Fri 7:30am to 5:00pm

Your Contribution to GHT Group:

• Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
• Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
• Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
• Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
• Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
• Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
• Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
• Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness
• Sales Coordination: Work with sales team throughout the project
