Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an AV Operations Support Technician to ensure seamless AV experiences for Zoom calls and video conferences. This full-time, on-site role in Richmond, VA bridges complex technology with excellent user experience.

The candidate will support, maintain, and optimize AV infrastructure, act as the Zoom SME, and manage ITIL incident workflows. Some after-hours and weekend work may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 1 year of technical support or operations experience.
• 1 year of IT systems, networking, and infrastructure experience.
• 1 year of experience with desktop platforms and operating systems.
• 1 year of experience with incident management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize AV infrastructure, including hardware configuration, break/fix, and troubleshooting.
• Act as the SME for our Zoom ecosystem, including Zoom Rooms, Zoom Device Management, and Zoom Digital Signage.
• Manage ITIL incident workflows, perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and maintain an asset inventory database.
