Job summary

Convene Hospitality Group seeks an AV Operations Specialist at Willis Tower to support technology delivery for events and meetings. You will work with clients and teams to ensure seamless AV service, from networking to video conferencing, across varied programs and spaces.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AV/IT support, customer service or hospitality background, and familiarity with Crestron and central control systems. This role requires flexibility with hours and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience supporting AV and IT equipment.
• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of audiovisual equipment and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide ad-hoc troubleshooting and assistance to customers of all technology competency levels.
• Troubleshoot AV equipment including audio, video, lighting, networking, and hardware.
• Coordinate pre-program planning with property teams to meet tech needs.
• Attend PEO, Pre-Con, and pre-production meetings as needed.
• Support day-to-day floor operations and assist with other AV functions.
• Collaborate with technology and other departments to enhance client experiences.
