Job summary

Armada LTD in the National Capitol Region is seeking a Mid-Level Audio/Visual and Computer Technician to support education programs. You will consult on materials, design and present AV content, record lessons, and manage the media library to ensure secure, compliant operation.

You will also provide hands-on IT/AV troubleshooting, train staff and instructors, and oversee student/faculty device management within a DoD-aligned environment.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in information technology and/or audio-visual technology.
• Experience with military personnel in DoD environments is desirable.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain instructional materials and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on course materials and presentation design to improve instruction.
• Assist in design and presentation of audio/visual instructional materials and update visuals.
• Record JMAS lessons and manage media catalog, archiving, and disposal per DIA policies.
• Provide end-user IT/AV support and troubleshoot classroom systems.
• Train instructors, staff and students on IT/AV equipment.
