ManpowerGroup is seeking an IT Support Specialist (Contract) for our Tempe, AZ headquarters. This on-site role focuses on delivering reliable AV and IT support for meetings and events.

You will troubleshoot AV issues, maintain conference room equipment, and provide walk-up IT services to HQ employees and visitors to ensure smooth, technology-enabled meetings. Collaborating with NAIT network and infrastructure teams, you will develop user trainings and keep software and hardware up to date to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years' experience working with audio / video / communications technologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, ZOOM

Responsibilities

• Prepares meeting rooms for events and video conference sessions.
• Acts as HQ point of contact for IT support.
• Troubleshoots technology issues with visitor management system, AV equipment, and other HQ technology.
• Provides walk-up IT services for HQ employees and visitors.
• Assists with desk-side IT support at HQ as necessary.
