Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations at Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU in Tempe, AZ. The role focuses on setup, strike, and operation of AV solutions with a strong emphasis on guest service.

Responsibilities include guiding guests, maintaining event information, and ensuring equipment is secure and functional. Candidates should have AV/hospitality exposure and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior AV/hospitality exposure preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to operate and troubleshoot audio/visual equipment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations, including setup and strike of AV systems.
• Greet guests and provide clear operation guidance for equipment.
• Maintain accurate event information in company systems and communicate with clients.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure successful events and fulfill requests.
• Monitor inventory and equipment for security and proper function.
• Support ongoing technical skills development across audio, video, data, and networking.
