Responsibilities include supporting live meetings, configuring room systems, and collaborating with IT and facilities teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Audiovisual Technology, Electronics, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years of experience supporting audiovisual systems, unified communications, or workplace technology environments.
• Hands-on experience with conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
• Strong understanding of AV signal flow, audio/video distribution, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience supporting AV control systems including Crestron or Microsoft Teams Room.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for audiovisual systems, conferencing technologies, and workplace collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated AV issues quickly to minimize meeting and event disruptions.
• Install, configure, and maintain conference room technologies including displays, projectors, video conferencing systems, microphones, speakers, and control systems.
• Support and administer AV platforms such as Crestron, Logitech, and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Perform routine system testing, preventive maintenance, and firmware updates on AV equipment.
• Assist end users with conference room setup, meeting support, and live event technology needs.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and SOPs.
• Monitor AV system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.
