Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT/CS experience preferred
• 2+ years IT helpdesk experience
• 1+ year hands-on AV systems support experience
• Equivalent education+experience may be considered
• CompTIA A+ or Network+, AVIXA CTS or Microsoft 365 certs preferred
