Job summary

The Account Executive - Audiovisual (AV) at Avidex drives new and existing business, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale account management. Depending on experience, you may support mid-market opportunities or lead enterprise engagements.

You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts and collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations to deliver AV/IT solutions that meet client needs while building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in AV/IT, technology integration, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing full sales cycles including enterprise deals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales activities from prospecting to closing and post-sale management.
• Achieve or exceed revenue and gross margin targets.
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned to objectives.
• Identify client needs and translate them into AV/IT solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after the sale.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and presentations, including scope and timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations for project execution.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and client data in CRM.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
• Support resolution of client issues related to scope, schedule, or terms.
