The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is seeking an AV Installation Specialist to design, install, and implement complex AV systems for events and classrooms. You will lead room preparations and ensure equipment functions securely according to client requests.
Responsibilities include managing equipment, responding to IT tickets, coordinating installations, and advising on hardware and software options. A background in training, strong communication, and customer service are required.
