Job summary

Oasis Luxury Smart Homes seeks an AV Field Project Manager in Scottsdale to install, configure, and program high-end home systems. You’ll pull wiring, mount components, and optimize routers for superb performance while collaborating with lead techs and project managers.

The role requires 3–5+ years in residential AV with strong networking knowledge, and proficiency with Control4/Crestron/Savant. Valid driver’s license and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in residential AV, low-voltage, or home automation installation.
• Familiarity with programming Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals (routers, switches, IP addressing).
• Experience reading and following construction drawings and wiring schematics.
• Comfort with ladders, lifts, and hand/power tools.
• Self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and team-minded.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

• Mount TVs, speakers, racks, and related components with precision and care.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and teammates—representing Oasis with professionalism and courtesy.
